so I just had to let everyone know how wonderful the cast members are when I called the reservation customer service line! so yesterday (2 days before we leave) the people we are going with decided that we should stay an extra day. when we called Disney to add everything we were told we would not have the extra day of the dining plan. when I called back today to speak with someone else, I spoke with the most helpful and wonderful girl! I know have the extra day of dining!! I'm so happy and we leave in 17 hours!!!!!!!

this is not Disney related, but I feel because a lot of us are parents I should tell you of my experience with portrait innovations. I was lead to believe that I was paying for the complete rights to all of my photos, however when I got home I realized that was the complete opposite. When I contacted the studio they were unhelpful and said that is not something they offer. I contacted the corporate customer service and was treated absolutely horrible and by the customer service manager. She was completely rude and unhelpful and would not let me speak to her supervisor. I needed to let other people know because I feel that a good company would not run business this way and they would care when they have unhappy customers. We will never be going back there and I regret going there in the first place.
