My all time favorite Disney character is Eeyore but Stitch comes in a close second. My favorite Princes are Beast, Shang, Naveen and Eric. Some of my favorite Disney movies are Beauty and the Beast, UP, Mulan and Ratatouille.

Hello! I 'm just wondering if anyone has seen Beast lately? I've heard he only shows up during dinner at Be Our Guest restaurant but I want to know if anyone has seen him lately esp since the New Fantasyland is now open. Thank you in advance :)

For those of you that have been to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, do you recall seeing Stitch? I heard he won't have a meet and greet this year but I want to know if he had a special outfit on. Thanks :)
If I can remember, he had a scarf or something with holly berries and leaves. - Experiment869  23.4 #116 4:55PM
I googled it and only see Santa, Mickey, Minnie, Snow, Aurora, Phillip, Rapunzel, Flynn, Duffy, Capt Jack, Tink and friends, Ali, Abu, Genie, Tiana, Naveen, Dwarves, Pooh and friends, Peter, Wendy, Cindy, Charming, Step Mom and Sisters, Belle, Beast, Phineas and Ferb on the list. - mrsincredible  361.5 #9 5:04PM
It has been a few years since we went. When we were there Tigger and Piglet were the only two characters we saw. - Lelundrial  339.2 #432 5:14PM
I read that Scrooge McDuck (who didn't make an appearance last year) can be found this year during MVMCP in the castle courtyard. He is #1 on our list for the party!! - mrsincredible  361.5 #9 6:51PM

For those of you that have went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party, what was your experience like? Was it too crowded or did you have time to do everything that you wanted? Also I want to clarify if the fireworks and parade are exclusive to the party and/or you can only see them during Christmas week. Thank you in advance. Any input/tips/advice are appreciated. :)
My family and I have done it twice and it was great. If you have not done it I would recommend it. You still get to do a lot while you are there. You get cookies and hot chocolate. If you decide to go you will not regret it. - tdarden  7.2 #252 1:01PM
We have done it once so far. Definitely not crowded. We went on Jungle Cruise and the skipper kept trying to get us out of the boat to watch the fireworks. He finally started the ride when more people showed up. We enjoyed it and will do it again. - Lelundrial  339.2 #432 2:15PM

Hi everyone! Sorry to interrupt all these wonderful posts from the New Fantasyland but for those of you that have done character dining, which is your favorite place? How was the food, what characters did you see etc? Going to WDW in December and want to know which dining experience is best so I can make a reservation asap. Thanks in advance :)
Garden grill in spot was really good food and Mickey, Pluto, chip and sale came by our table twice. Cinderellas royal table has princesses and enjoyed that. Ad hear Ohana has LILO and stitch at breakfast, ad good food (had their dinner and was really good, will be trying the breakfast in feb) - TinkTinkTink  150.6 #39 4:13PM
For us, we really enjoyed all the character meals we've experienced, and that's quite a few. We really prefer ordering from a menu though, buffets aren't our thing and most character meals are buffets. My opinion is: pick the characters you'd like to meet the most and go there. - DizneyGirl  346.9 #11 4:16PM
Just had dinner at 1900 Park Fare. The food was very good, Prince Charming & Cinderella were great, Drizella seemed to be the most interactive with the older children. - TheDad  33.6 #94 9:32PM

What are some of the must eat restaurants or foods you guys recommend at WDW? Planning a visit in December and I'm excited :D Thanks in advance.
I love it there in Dec. We are going then too. Are you looking for quick service or table service or just anything? - poohbr1205  13.4 #157 6:24PM

Hello! :) Have any of you eaten at Cinderella's Royal table? and if so how was your experience and which characters have you seen because I've heard that the mice and the Fairy Godmother show up too. Thanks in advance.
Yes. We loved it. My kids didn't like the food. Ha ha - 5disneylovers  335.6 #12 3:25PM
Yes! We've eaten lunch there! It was so fun, and yummy. We had salmon, and asparagus, and mashed potatoes then dessert. I had ice cream with mickey sprinkles. The princess's that we saw were Snow White, Mary Poppins, Fairy Godmother, Belle, and Cinderella! We sat by a window so we could see all of MK Fantasyland. It was really magical. We all loved it! You should for sure eat there if you have the chance to! Make sure you book it fast though. Very very popular. :] - DesiBelle9  25.5 #110 3:31PM
Dinner is mediocre. There are better choices. But all the princesses are there! - mkigos  42.0 #75 4:47PM
We were there last night no mice or fairy godmother last night. Cinderella when you walk in for picture and snow white, belle, Ariel and aurora during dinner. Not many dinner choices but it was pretty good nt exactly what we are used to but was good. My daughter loved it! - txdisneymomma  55.2 #65 6:53PM

Hi all. I just want to know what are some of the must see, must ride and must eat things to do in WDW. Thank you.
So many things! For us the kilamanjaro safari ride is a must at animal kingdom, I love it! Depends on what kind of rides and attractions you enjoy. I really like pirates of carribean at magic kingdom and all the mountains-splash, thunder and space. Oh and Soarin at Epcot, that is such a neat ride. This will be our first trip with little one so I can't comment on restaurants for kids, but when we went on our honeymoon we really like the California grill and watching fireworks from the walkway outside the restaurant ontop of the contemporary resort and Teppan Edo in Japan showcase at epcot. We are going back there again this trip. Oh and a trip to downtown Disney for some shopping at world of Disney store, it's like Disney heaven. Lol. - txdisneymomma  55.2 #65 2:39PM
Magic Kingdom : the 3 mountains & wishes , Epcot : Soaring ,Mission Space , & Illumination ( a must see ) , Animal Kingdom : Kilimanjaro Safari , Hollywood Studios : Tower of Terror , Rocking Rollercoaster - skcanfield  347.8 #10 3:43PM
MK: POTC, HM, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, BTMRR, meet the princesses! Epcot: TT starting dec 1st, Mission Space, Soarin', Gran Fiesta Tour in Mexico, Maelstrom in Norway, illuminations fireworks and lights show, World Showcase. DHS: Toy Story Midway Mania, Lights Motors Action, GMR, Indy, ToT, RCNRC, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Fantasmic. AK: EE, Kilamanjaro Safari, Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids. Eat at Boma AKL, Chef Mickey, O'Hana, Garden Grill, Crystal Palace to name a few. - Jalex239  379.8 #7 10:24PM
Hmmm....wow! Lots! Let's see, for MK rides: POTC, Dumbo, Space Mountain, The train, Splash Mountain, BTMR, Peter Pan, It's A Small World, Character meet and greets! MK food: Turkey leg, Pretzel, Mickey Ice cream,HUGE Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich, Pecos Bill. AK rides: Mount Everest!!! A MUST!, A bug's life, The festival of the Lion King show the best! Tower of Terror at HS, and The great movie ride, my favorite ride in HS. Epcot: Soarin, Nemo ride, if you have small kids-Turtle talk with Crush, land of the living ride, etc. bascially all of the rides pretty much! All depending on what you are comfortable with riding or not. The restaurants that are a must for me are: Crystal Palace breakfast, Chef Mickey's breakfast, Ohana's, La Hacienda, Cape May, among alot of others I like. Too many to list, lol. Hope that helped some?? :] but most of all just enjoy every minute of being there, and take things slow. Just take it all in, and have fun. - DesiBelle9  25.5 #110 11:07PM

Hi all. For those of you that have stayed at one of the Disney resorts and used their shuttle to/from the airport and the parks, How was it? I just want some feedback. Thank you.
Magical express is great and all we ever use to go to the parks is the bus transportation, we and the kids enjoy it. There are times that it is really busy and full but it's ok the time on the road is not long. The busiest times are at park opening times and park closing times but again it's not too bad for the most part - mmddgp  169.1 #29 3:20PM
The first time we went, waiting for the shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel was irritating. Our plane had arrived late, and they had us sitting on that bus for an hour just to fill it before it left. The second time was way easier. The buses to the parks are no sweat. Although it seems that no matter which park you want to go to. The buses for the other parks are the ones that show up first, and in greater numbers. - Lelundrial  339.2 #432 3:21PM
Shuttles and park buses are so convenient! We uses them for every trip. However, be prepared to wait during busy times, especially during park closing. One year, we waited over an hour and a half for a bus to take us to our resort after the fireworks at MK. This next trip, we plan to watch the fireworks the nights of EMH. We are hoping to ride rides and shop after the fireworks and hoping to minimize our bus waiting time since we'll be heading back later than the majority. Even if we have to wait, we don't mind waiting. It's WDW! :) - BagGal  142.4 #40 7:20AM

For those of you that have stayed at a WDW resort, did you call the resort itself or did you book through a travel site? I'm planning my vacation to WDW and I'm trying to get the best deal I can. Thank you for any input.
I always book thru Disney. :) - mrsincredible  361.5 #9 2:14PM
No no no travel agents...book thru disney - mickeynme  102.3 #45 2:18PM
I've booked through Expedia and through Disney. I generally start the airfare research once I get home from a WDW trip. Keeps me thinking positive & excited about my next trip. - Tinkerbell1265  369.6 #8 7:18PM
I've always booked my Disney hotels direct through Disney. Sometimes I book the hotel alone, other times as a package. Unless Disney is offering a promotional rate on their packages, it's usually less expensive to book the hotel separately. - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad  382.3 #6 9:32PM
