Port Orleans French Quarter is my all time favorite moderate resort! It offers the best combination of theme, location, and price at WDW. The grounds are beautiful & peaceful! (I recommend a water view room facing the Sassagoula River.) The bus service is tops! There is just one bus stop, and on shared buses with Riverside, POFQ is always the first stop. Even better, there is a water taxi to/from DTD. I can't tell you how relaxing the ride home is after a long day of theme parks, shopping & dining! POFQ = ❤

Please don't read too much into the "news" that "broke" on Monday. Really. These rumors have been persistent since Carsland was being built in 2009. Same thing with the Star Wars Land. That's been coming EVERY YEAR since 1999. Is it in the works? Possibly. Are all of these news bits true? Not at all. - IndyandMarion

Great shots, we stayed only for one night about 4 yrs ago or so, we went on a cruise that why such a short stay , my only negative was they were repaving the parking lot right by our rm and we were on the ground floor, so the noise and the smell got to be a bit too much, but I thought the grounds and food court were great:) - tracsant

Everyone has that one resort that just really sticks out for them, this is mine. I know I'd have many that disagree, but I liked CSR more than AKL. I loved AKL lobby and activities they offer, but still would chose CSR first. - DizneyGirl
