Midway Mania at WDW does have Fast Pass and their line is usually 2 hours because of it. When I was at WDW in Oct. 2011 one of their CMs said he wished it didn't have Fast Pass because then the line wouldn't be as long. It just crawls at WDW; at least ours seems to constantly move.
