The higher the number out of 100, the more crowded it is. It first depends on the past history of the wait times during that kind of day, then it may change throughout the day, depending on the wait times entered. I never take the tram. I always do the ten min walk from the parking structure to the park. Personally I find if faster and I have been walking all day anyways...so what's the extra ten minutes!
