We stayed ay the carousel last weekend and had a horrible experience... Ac broke, fridge n microwave didnt work, no remote, and no proper bath mat in which my 4 yr old slipped and hit his head on the back of the tub.. According to Touringplans.com (which I have a membership to) Saturday, November 12th at DL is estimated to open at 8:00AM and remain open till 12:00AM. DCA is estimated to open at 10:00AM and closed at 9:00PM. These are based on historical times but with the expansion to DCA I would expect that may change. The Saturday and Sunday before Christmas are the same. Again DCA will likely be open the max amount of hours.
