Usually you can still find some characters. Once when it rained while we were there Br'er Fox was skipping in the rain with a bunch of kids in Critter Country. Haha. Did anyone go to the parks during Carmageddon last year? How were the crowds? I'm wondering if it would be a good day to go since everyone may be staying close to home. I live an hour away and would be taking the 5 freeway.
I don't think it'll have much of an impact on crowds. I for one don't even come close to the 405 to get to DL. I just take the 57 all the way out and bam, I'm there. - aidensmama

Just finished watching "Up" and even though I have seen it 7 or 8 times I cry and cry. I don't consider myself to be a sap but does anyone else get just as emotional with this movie or is there another movie that gets to you.

Had a nice day at the parks. Lines were shorter than usual thanks to everyone being at Carsland. We even got to ride Peter Pan for the first time. My daughter absolutely loved it.

What is or was your favorite show our parade of all time at the parks? I have to say that just thinking about the Main Street Electrical Parade makes me smile as much as the times I saw it as a kid.
Parade of Dreams because they would ask guests to be part of it and on a 5 day trip my family and I were asked to be in it twice! And we got to keep the animal hats that we wore in the parade :)) Favorite show has to be a tie between Fantasmic and WOC! - MichellelovesDisney

That happened to us today. My 8 year old son was talking to another 8 year old boy who was scared to get on. After we got off my son asked him if he liked it. The kid was jumping up and down with joy as to how awesome it was and that he wanted to go on it again. Made our day special. - Gabster1
