Retro Day!! Taken by my grandparents in July of 1968! Skull Rock- next to the former Pirate Ship Restaurant. It was removed in 1982 during the Fantasyland renovation. Dumbo now sits in its spot.

I had to google that and then I watched a video on YouTube! (can you tell I'm a visual learner?!?) Basically you go from standing to a plank position on the floor then you jump up quickly. Two of my favorites happen to be from Disney movies: Life is a Highway from Cars, and Something That I Want from Tangled. The latter's beat matches up with my footfalls so it's very invigorating. The DL Half Marathon is full!! But there's still room in the 5K and the Kids race.
For those of you who still want to do the half and haven't registered yet...registered runners can sell thier bib #s through rundisney up till a few months before the race (2 I think but they'll have an official cut off date posted) so there's that option and there's a link to charity organizations you can register through which are not full yet.
