Mouse Wait does definitely help. I listen to the music fron Mouse Wait in my office at work and that helps a lot too. I just wished we lived closer....maybe I will one day take the leap and apply for a job at the corporate offices in Burbank :) - DisneyDreamer18

Went to the Disney store to buy a school back and walked out with his Halloween costume :) he's told me he wants to have lunch with captain hook in his costume when we go to Disneyland and talk about treasure with him...love my little guy More...
my son has this costume from last year.we bought it from the disney store but got it in a larger size so it would last a little longer because he will wear it around the house.They do have captain hook sometimes at the breakfast with mickey and minnieinside the park. - pikarich

Wait until the last day if you are upgrading to deluxe. If there are any blockout dates, your park hoppers would be better and the ap is good on the first day o f use, even if blocked out. Would recommend upgrading one to premium if you plan to park a car in subsequent trips (staying off site). - bluefairy

We found last summer that it was actually 50.00 less each for us to purchase annual passes than park hoppers for the amount of days we stayed. That's so sweet :) My favorite memory was from 2 years ago. My grandma and mom have the same birthday and we all celebrated at the parks. They both had a few drinks and it was nice seeing them so giggly and happy. We got dinner from Ariel's grotto and saw World of Color. I loved spending the day with my 2 favorite people ^_^ - sarahpie

Right from Disneyland.com, we always book through there. But the rate for a hotel for 7 days and a 6 day park hopper (only doing 6 days since one day we are going to do the Hollywood thing) was awesome, and we did a lot of research on rates. Plus by booking through Disney we don't have to pay it all upfront, you just put the $200 and make payments. - DisneyDreamer18

We've stayed there before but it's been a couple years. The good neighbor hotel we just stayed at was awesome but staying at the Grand Californian is much more convenient for us and besides there is nothing like that hotel all done up at the holidays (which is when our next planned vacation will be). - DisneyDreamer18

It amazes me how much goes on at the park after hours, had anyone ever thought about that? All the workers that come in and run tests, set up new displays, etc.

I had one a week or two ago and we did have to ask for the button. Maybe supplies were running low and they were told to hand them out only when asked? Suss, just search "Matterhorn sundae," I'm sure dozens of pictures will turn up, no need to subject the lounge to more pics. . As for contents: 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry), sauce (caramel, hot fudge, and I think strawberry), a mound of whipped cream, Mickey sprinkles, and a cherry on top. - bluefairy

Got tickets today to take our 3 year old little man to Disney on ice Toy Story 3!! It will be exactly 30 days before we are in Disneyland...I think it's a great way to kick off the final 30 day countdown!!

Just booked our Disneyland vaca for end of November!! We had the character phone call, call out 3 year old last night and he freaked out jumping up and down when Mickey Mouse told him he was coming to Disneyland. Absolutely priceless!

When you book a vacation on the Disneyland website after you've paid for your deposit (or the whole trip) on your confirmation screen there is a linkthat says "schedule your character call" and you just follow a couple steps and boom a character of your choice is calling your child or children to tell them the excitig news! - DisneyDreamer18
