It's such an incredibly selfless thing your doing. I've watched for 7 years my in laws move my husbands grandpa in with them after his Alzheimer's got bad. Last year, I was in charge of seating the guests with disabilities section for the first show. Those who had a disability were given to sit on the seat given and the rest of the party had to either stand behind the section or find another place to watch the show. Welcome (BTW - love your user name being on Maui with the humpbacks!). I'm not a Zumba gal, only because I actually hate exercise and am not that coordinated and because I turn bright red when I work out. I LOVE Zumba!! Let me preface this by saying I have absolutely no rhythm whatsoever and I probably look like a fool out there trying to dance, BUT it is so much fun!! It doesn't even feel like a workout! After a few months of doing Zumba 3 times a week I had a flat tummy and toned thighs. It's very easy and low impact.
