I guesstimate at Disneyland. They are not required to provide nutritional info. Any restaurant with 10 or more locations are required. But because Disney restraints are all individual and serve different food at each one they found the loophole. So I guess. But here is a little info. Any company that has kids meals are required by law to be 550 calories or less. Also there is a cool website called just diet now that takes and finds out all the points for fast food places and restaurants. It's awesome. Not sure which year this photo was taken, but my wife and I did this event for the final Haunted Mansion Holiday preview event, I think it was 2004... sold my entire pin collection to pay for it. 2 night at ths GCH, steak lunch at granville's, and midnight Xmas morning brunch in the hallway at the HMH. FOOD REVIEW - Carnation Cafe: Breakfast - top Huevos Rancheros and bottom - Apple Granola Pancakes. Both were excellent. The pancakes were very rich and sweet, very filling.

I always order a chicken pesto flatbread at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and they are always soggy. TSC makes all their food right as you order so it's not just your sandwich at White Water Snacks. Someone told me that calories don't exist at DL!! 😏 I wish that were true! I totally understand where you're coming from. I'm going in Sept and all I can think about is all the food I want to eat- churros, popcorn, pickles, Mickey pancakes, fried chicken from the Plaza Inn, ribs, black pearls... I was once told that it was still a success when you are losing weight to just stop gaining weight. So sometimes when I get totally off track and see the numbers start to creep up I just let myself feel successful by just staying at a weight before I tackle losing.
