I was out of town last year so I can't compare but I had a blast. My plan was to arrive around 4:30pm and stay until midnight. I ended up staying until 6am. Still not sure how that happened but I found places with good energy and managed to pace myself. I'd actually do it again. Any photopass photographer can take your picture. Just tell them you're taking a picture for your AP and they'll send that picture to your AP. But, it does take about 24 hours for it to process. The AP early entry ended last weekend. I hope they bring it back. I loved it. Worth it will all be based on individual perspective. It is a lot of $$ for a chair and dessert. However, the dessert box was great, plus having drinks brought made us feel like VIP's. We had stayed at the RV park, so I justified spending the money on the Fantasmic seating from the money I saved on hotels. Every once in a while, it is ok to spoil yourself. It is a vacation, and trust me when I say this, you might not get the opportunity to do it again. I live far from the beach, but I do spend time at the pool. I know what it's like to feel uncomfortable around certian people. You will probably be around lots of people who make you feel comfortable, stay near them. Find someone you can talk to if you are feeling overwhelmed. Wear something that makes you feel confident. The people who make you feel uncomfortable probably don't know that they make you feel that way. Have confidence in yourself, and your changing body.
