In answer to your question, I believe as long as you have a ticket into the park you can see the event. To get a seat, I believe it is first come first serve. If you have an annual pass there is a sweepstakes going on right now for reserved seating. Check your email for details. Hope you get to see it this year. A lot of the parade is taped on Saturday. A lot of the musical acts are taped on Sunday. Some years they have even put a schedule out on Main Street near the stage on Friday night.
