Awesome! The few weeks of breastfeeding helped me get to less than my pre pregnancy weight. It's amazing how many calories you burn during breastfeeding. I've been off work for two weeks and in physical therapy for some sciatic issues but doing much better and I go back to work Friday. Hey little mama! Definitely keep up on your water in the heat! Take breaks often and put your feet up! I'm sure you'll enjoy plenty of Disneyland food but stick to small portions or split with your hubby and watch the sodium content, when you're on your feet in the heat it's easy to swell with a lot of salt heavy foods. Don't just rely on water to recharge when you're walking a lot in the heat, drink coconut water/sports drink like Recharge or Gaterade to keep your potassium and electrolytes up. That extra potassium will help you fend off leg cramps but keep bananas on hand too! Know what you should and shouldn't ride (there's a list in my posts or I can bump it for you). Also, I highly suggest you take an evening to do something that will be difficult once you have the baby: a date night at one of the nice restaurants on property and maybe a movie. Take a lot of breaks! I went prego a few times and enjoyed just sitting and people watching when I got tired. Also, avoid the super-crowded areas like main street right after a parade or fireworks. It stressed me out a little to be in such tight crowds when I was in the later stages of pregnancy. But the good news is there's tons of delicious food for you to feed the little one! So I've seen a few posts about meet ups for walking or working out near the DL area. Unfortunately, I'm 3 hours north in Tulare. Where's everyone from? Maybe we could set up chub33 meetups for walking, weights, jogging, etc.
