Food at Carthay was amazing last night for my wife's birthday dinner. Forgot to take pic of the main dishes, but remembered at desert. This is a white peach and blackberry pie with Tahitian vanilla ice cream....oh man was is good!!!!

No we opened it & worked for a couple hours on Sunday. Then a little bit after work, then ate dinner and finished it up. Can't stare at it too long.
