If you play around on this app you will see that the attraction height requirement is in this app. Click on MW app, once it is open select the park you have questions about this will open the attractions for that park, scroll through the attraction til you find the one you need info on. Last year I waited until all the kiddies fell asleep and then went trick or treating, I didn't wait in any lines. The rides also had short waits the later in the night. You can get a good seat for the parade too it is not that crowded, just give yourself time.
