It was great to meet you and everyone else! It was such fun, and the museum was a bonus. Hope it isn't too long before we can have another! - SorcererBHhaha408.5 #318 12-29-12 6:43PMLike Reply

Set the date, and we shall come. You know they have a scavenger hunt in San Francisco in February 23. That would be fun to do with MWers. - adventurerEnDisneylandia {AED} 278.3 #740 12-29-12 11:26PM
Yay! Such a scary thing to go through, but so great to come out on the good end. Please give my best wishes to your mom, and have a great time when you get to the park.
aww that is wonderful news!! What a great Christmas this will be. You are blessed - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint1795.2 #42 11-29-12 7:10PMLike(1) Reply
I love GoalZero products. We have the speaker set. They show up at Costco every now and then, and the prices are reduced from online. Getting another speaker at that time, and going to look at their emergency back up set. - Sugarbuzz44.3 #3871 11-21-12 3:45PMLike Reply
We bought our Goal Zero at the state fair this year. They come in different sizes. The larger the solar cell the faster it charges. The one we bought (for camping) was a little too bulky to lug around the park. Dang I knew I should have gotten the smaller one! - TikiBird164.7 #2088 11-21-12 8:43PMLike Reply
You know, once you cross into DL, all political party affiliations drop to the wayside and your political party officially becomes "Mouseketeer". - Experiment8181598.0 #47 11-20-12 4:05PMLike(33) Reply
Please remember we do NOT get into taking political sides or political discussions on MouseWait and the rule would be the same if President Obama or any other politician was in the Park. Thanks! - AdminLike(27) Reply
I honestly don't see the problem, as Disneyland is the cleanest place on earth, as well as the happiest!
I would like if we could all join in for a moment of silence to remember this fallen churro. We may not have known him long, but we can rest assured that he lived a full life being conceived in a magical place like Disneyland. His life will be remembered as being full and he is known for the sweetness he brought to others lives. It is a tragedy that he had to be taken from us when he was not yet finished, but we will always remember the $3.50 to which we didn't get to fully enjoy. - Belleslibrary227.9 #1272 11-11-12 1:51PMLike(7) Reply
To all who were sad to hear about the fallen churro, a moment of silence. Now a helpful hint. Pick up the churro and bring it back to the stand. Tell them it fell and they will replace it free of charge :) Thank yous are appreciated. From your friendly neighborhood ScottMouse :) - scottmouse 16.8 #5403 11-11-12 9:54PM

It's ok. Most of the churro was salvaged. And our very kind HMACIF gave the remaining good churro to lilStrawberry. - MyPark943.7 #91 11-11-12 9:59PMLike Reply

That is a really nice pin, but I couldn't accept it if I was there, since I wasn't there on 6/15. Just isn't right.

"Nobody goes there anymore. Its too crowded." Yogi Berra
I have done New Year's at DL for the last 7 years. For the first 5, we hung out in the parks and rang in the new year in the Disney Mosh Pit with the other sardines. No more! For the last two years we have attended a family friendly NYE party at the Paradise Pier Hotel. You can buy a package that includes a buffet at the PCH Grill. Afterwards, you adjourn to a nearby ballroom where there is a DJ playing music. Non-alcoholic drinks are available inside the ballroom and there is a full bar just outside. The dance party gets regular visits from characters (Max, Daisy Duck, Mini, Micky, Pluto, to name some). It's a hoot and also includes a champagne (or Martinelli's) toast at midnight. The party runs til 1AM. We find this much more fun than "being" in the park at the stroke of midnight. It's just too crowded for us. We feel we get the best of it all as we can appreciate the decorations and still see some of the outdoor entertainment (mostly more DJ activity and a lot of hooting and hollering). Something to think about. - dagrumpster15.3 #5612 11-9-12 7:40AMLike(5) Reply

Went last year! Of course they have stuff going on, it IS Disneyland after all!😊 It was a lot of fun, but it was unbelievably packed. Go in expecting crowds & you'll have a great time! Also, cross your fingers for no fog!! - GrimGrinningAmanda315.2 #542 11-9-12 6:46AMLike Reply
I think the package was $55 PP last year. You can reserve via the Disney Dining hotline. Since ALL other prices have gone up in 2012, I assume these went up as well. We haven't booked yet. - dagrumpster15.3 #5612 11-9-12 8:07AMLike Reply
