Completely agree. We leave in 2 days and this will be Mia's 4th trip to DL. She will be 2.5 in June. She is very excited. She keeps telling us she is going on an "airpane in the sky to go to DL and see fireworks." Lol!

I punctured holes in the spaghetti squash and boiled it for about 30 min. I then allowed it to cool, cut it along the equator scooped out the seeds, then used a fork to pull the strans. I put the squash into the sauce I had made and allow to cook for 30 min. I find that if its cooked more its not as crunchy and takes of a more pasta like texture. I had lost 90lbs way back in 2004-7 and just resumed the original point system. I dug all my journals out and am using the old cardboard points finder slide rule. I should takea look at the newer version but I am swamped with the end of the school year tasks. I'm a school nurse. I stopped counting years ago in order to finish my masters degree thesis and did not get back on because I like to eat. Age and health are now the priority.
