Thank you for this post! Running my first marathon in August and would love to do the coast to coast challenge. Went from wheelchair bound one year to running a marathon a year and half later! Gotta love it! Definitely getting one of More...
That is very cool, makes me want to run, and then turn around and hang my keys on my "once upon a nap" holder. - ribidib425.0 #306 5-12-13 7:56AMLike(3) Reply

Please add me. What I love most about mw is the community, friendships and families it has created from total strangers. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any of you yet, but hoping to be at the meet up takeover tomorrow night. Just a More...
No need to add me. I just want to thank everyone who donated to this awesome RAK! I'm honored to have known Dahula and Lacey, they were the sweetest people I've ever met. They are surely missed and I know they (especially Dahula) would be ecstatic to see these awesome donations going to someone. 💖🌺💖🌺 - LBChica1560.6 #52 4-29-13 8:46PMLike(8) Reply
Bottom line is MW helped me get out of my depression (that I dealt with after college ended)! I honestly can't thank MW enough for the joy its brought to my life with the things I've learned (ex: Mint Julep), experiencing events (ex: AP Preview of Carsland), and the many friendships I've made! :D Please add me for this RAK, thanks! - iamdugsmaster762.3 #132 4-28-13 9:22PMLike(3) Reply
The one I like the best that I feel has the most characters is Plaza Inn. We've seen Minnie, Tigger, Captain Hook, Eeyore, Fairy Godmother, Max, Chip and Dale and I may be leaving out a couple of characters, but like I said that was all i More...
Ack! What a cutie pie! I would do Plaza Inn's Breakfast with Minnie. Tons of characters, and of course, Minnie Mouse. I love Goofy's Kitchen too, and you will see Goofy, Pluto and several others, but you really can't beat Plaza inn for sheer quantity of characters. Plus, Minnie. Have fun! - meridafan1100.6 #74 4-24-13 8:23PMLike(1) Reply
That was well said! I feel the same way everytime I leave, and the memories along with mw help to keep me going until the next time I walk into DL. - TamiLovesDisney126.5 #2674 4-24-13 4:24PMLike Reply

Cute! First attraction of your day? You're brave. If that had been my first attraction of the day, it probably would've been my last attraction of the day. Scares the begeezy out of me. - TamiLovesDisney126.5 #2674 4-17-13 12:28PMLike Reply
I have a pair of the original shape up sketcher shoes. Although they are kind of heavy, they have a lot of cushion and support in them.
This reminds me of the time I was a little boy and I won a contest to visit the local Chocolate Factory and I really wanted my Grandpa Joe to come but he was old and lazy and was always in bed with my other Grandparents which still trips me out to this day. Well once I one the contest Lazy Grandpa Joe finally got out of bed and started dancing and signing and was fine within no time. At first I was not sure if it was the chocolate factory he wanted to see or if i was to get out of bed with the other grandparents or just so he had to hear my mom singing that stupid cheer up charlie song that I was always fast forwarded through as a kid ...Or you can just get up and stretch and wear good shoes and stay away from any Sunday costco visits - Dave 8824.5 #2 4-17-13 10:57AMLike(5) Reply
My happy thought: Remembering Disneyland this past Christmas watching the fireworks on Main Street and snow falling. Practically perfect in every way!
My kids, and being able to share my love for Disney with my loved ones always makes me happy - dimplesdanie607.7 #183 4-17-13 10:03PMLike(1) Reply

All things Disneyland is my happy thought. Depending on my mood depends on what I think about. Right now Im thinking about being there with just my husband and myself taking our time enjoying the park. - ambear72190.4 #1781 4-17-13 9:46AMLike Reply

The Paradise Pier is the least expensive and has the largest rooms. It also has no tram service to the parks, so you have to walk all the way into DL. You can walk through the Grand for entrance to DCA, The Grand is the most expensive and also has the smallest rooms, and is closest to the parks. The Disneyland Hotel is my favorite and after the recent renovation the rooms are great. We've stayed at the original towers for over 30 years including the old garden villas which were demolished when DTD and DCA were being built. Hope this helps. - splashphotoCM881.7 #104 2-24-13 11:11AMLike(2) Reply
I've not stayed in any DLR hotel... Yet. I think I would probably stay at the DL hotel first based on what MWers have said. (And just a hint, it's spelled 'which') - MyPark946.4 #94 2-23-13 10:15AMLike(1) Reply

I've only ever stayed at the Disneyland Hotel and it was magical. We stayed in the Frontierland tower and had a view of the hotel grounds/pool. The pool is great btw, we loved the monorail water slides! Plus Goofys Kitchen is there and the walk to the monorail is so close and convenient. - BettyPoop232.5 #1231 2-24-13 11:16AMLike Reply
June will be a hop, skip and a jump around the corner! Welcome to the lounge. Come on anytime you feel the Disney need and it will be here to give you the fix you need while you wait for your special date to arrive.
