That is my favorite ride- it is my most Disney experience.
So which store did you purchase the baby from because I think it would be much better to buy one from Disney than have my wife carry it for 9 months a lot less winning - Kurt76 125.5 #3079 10-23-15 3:28PMLike(2)Reply
We have done almost all of them over the years, and I have to say Plaza Inn is the winner as you're in the park and you can start absorbing the Disney vibe. But they are all fun in their own ways.
Dennys on Harbor..the 3am reservations are the best, you never know what kind of characters you will run into - Dave 13389.0 #2 10-23-15 1:51PMLike(16)Reply
My personal favorite with me (almost 31) and my hubs (32) love love love to do story tellers for breakfast!! We love the woodland characters!! And the breakfast buffet is Sooo yummy!!! - CourtyAstroBlisters 783.3 #229 10-23-15 6:15PMLike(3)Reply
FWIW, that is modeled after an LA landmark of the 30s, the entrance to the Pan Pacific Auditorium. So it's completely in theme with the new look for DCA. I liked the old entrance, but I think the new one is even better, and gives DCA its own Main St. - redsoxcarlos 2205.2 #66 10-23-15 8:52PMLike(5)Reply
Getting past the turnstiles, do you like Buena Vista St., the shops, the trolley, the fountain? - jacdanfan 10971.1 #3 10-23-15 10:36AMLike(2)Reply
I'm so glad I finally saw this a week ago before it'it's gone! My husband wasn't very excited but they hooked him with the Patriots joke lol. Sad to see it go. Don't see myself watching the frozen one - Poisen_Ivy 313.3 #807 10-19-15 8:18PMLikeReply
I plan to see this before it's gone and before they change DCA to Frozen California Adventure lol - DeadliestPassholder 296.8 #913 10-19-15 8:26PMLikeReply
Don't feel too special since nobody else entered the rak It was by default, but seriously sometimes people need a little something to know they're thought of. - UTDISNEYFAMILY 1859.5 #89 8-10-15 9:20PMLike(1)Reply
Save the money on Star Wars land and spend it building NorCal Disney!! - MeridaFan 4112.5 #33 7-6-15 11:03PMLike(1)Reply
Hi! I hope for anything not Frozen😂😂😂. But seriously, I always enjoy when Disney adds new things☺️ hopefully it will be something really cool like "The Nightmare Before Christmas Land"🙀🙀🙀🎃! - 2BeignetOrNot2Beignet 1335.6 #128 7-6-15 11:44PMLike(1)Reply
I know this would take up a lot of space, but I would like to see a Tron themed attraction. It would be cool to have it the same way as the Transformers ride at Universal, but having the guests/riders experience the grid. Star Wars land would be great too. - SorcererD91 2480.9 #54 7-6-15 11:43PMLikeReply
Same ol here with me ! I'm just going to lay back and read all the comments on your topic ! Sounds so interesting ! - jmza4 295.5 #31532 7-6-15 11:45PMLikeReply
Mine, too! My LO thought it was going to be scary and when we got off, he said, "that was real nice, Mama." Love seeing these rides through the eyes of babes. - MommyandBash 333.1 #708 6-30-15 6:33PMLikeReply
Dream suite... And I am grateful for all I do get to do at the happiest place!!
Just to be there, with my family and friends, spending the day and night laughing, having a great time, and making lots of memories. I'm a no frills sort of gal, so it's the simple pleasures that make my heart sing. - DarthTinkerbell 683.0 #279 6-26-15 10:49AMLike(11)Reply
I rode the skyway and definitely miss it but I feel like there are more pressing things to refurb and bring back ::ahem ALL of tomorrowland lol:: I love the Tiki room!!!! but I do wish it was still a restaurant and I remember before Aladdins oasis too! As for the treehouse I have mixed feelings- Love Tarzan and I like the refresh/redo but I miss classic Disney. And there is not enough homage paid to Walts live action films in my opinion in either park. Swiss family Robinson was the last vestige to his his 100% live action movie legacy. Thank you Duchess!!! Ps that first pic of Walt is 😍 - missariel33 2115.5 #70 6-23-15 12:13PMLike(5)Reply
Always enjoyed the Sky Ride. I remember one night we took it over the Electric Parade; wish I had pictures. And always enjoy the Tiki Room; didn't know about the restaurant either. Favorite part was always the talking totems. And I remember the Tahitian Terrace. Think I've posted before about being scared of being dragged down to join the hula dancers. 😞 Another great post - you continue batting 1.000! - redsoxcarlos 2205.2 #66 6-23-15 7:24PMLike(1)Reply
i did the fantasmic BB package last visit. great view! it was too windy, so they cancelled the fireworks. bummed, but fabulous otherwise. yes, expensive. but it is not for everyday, either. - MsTikiMermadam 678.9 #283 6-18-15 5:31AMLikeReply

Main Street!!! Nothing beats walking down Main Street with all the sights, sound and smells! And, seeing the Magical castle down the way....spectacular!!! - MommyandBash 333.1 #708 6-16-15 6:10PMLikeReply
Main street, the castle & the train. With a park hopper, you can split the remainder of the time...but for a first time, nothing beats Main Street! Have fun!! - azcoolmom 251.9 #1302 6-16-15 9:23PMLikeReply
I remember Casa de Fritos! This is one of my very favorite things about MW- learning new facts & reminding me of all things Disney. Thanx!!
I would like a chance. Little known fact.....I often wore a plastic hineyboom and polka dotted pink (not red) shiny dress. I didn't wear the pumps. Odd but true. 1983. Wheeee - Butterlina 1565.1 #103 6-11-15 5:50PMLike(2)Reply
As a "snail mail"enthusiast, I would love this. here is my little known Disney fact:if you put them in a thermal lunch bag, turkey legs, bought at 11:00 a.m. , will make it all the way to utah and still be warm! - iteachdisney 196.7 #2007 6-11-15 6:15PMLike(1)Reply
Thank you! We were able to ride in the lilly belle alone. Learned the history of some rides, and some about Walt's dream. We also received $60 each in food coupons. And we were able to ride all the rides we wanted to through the fast pass line, or exit. We hung out with our VIP guide for 6 hours. And we enjoyed laughing with him. :) - blubecca7 36.6 #5286 6-7-15 12:57AMLike(6)Reply

Great story, that had me tearing up! She saved up for her own ballon, that part got me. Then giving it away, holy wow! Gotta love that. You must be proud. And the picture, that went so well with the story! Thanks for sharing. Tell her that when she comes back to the parks, she can have as many balloons as she wants, my treat! (Based on her approximate height/weight in the photo, I figure I'll only be on the hook for a MAX. 11 balloons with that offer, over that and she would fly away! Ha!) - KennyV 943.1 #190 6-4-15 2:11PMLike(7)Reply
Would like to share a similar good girl story: I have three nieces, all around 10 years old who i lovw to take to Dl. Last year, I was renewing all the annual passes, which took quite a bit of time at the ticket window. I had one of the girls with me, and she was very patient even though it took a long time. So, I give her $20 and ask her if she knows what a 20 is, and she said she did. And told her to go over to the souvenir stand out by the ticket booths. I could see her from where I was, and I saw her pick out some years, but she kept standing there. So, my done, I went over and said oh do you need more money? And she said yes, because she needed to but ears for the other cousins. She said she didn't want it unless she could take presents back to the other girls. Disney kids are thoughtful kids. Sorry for the long story, but I thought it fit - BAO1953 22.5 #6711 6-5-15 1:22PMLike(3)Reply
