For those who haven't been, there is the regular part of the store that is open to guests of CMs, but the cage is all "as is" merchandise, used park/hotel goods like plates and furniture, or park decor and is only open to CMs and spouses. I used to think so too however what I believe I was told and what I believe to be true is that this is not. It is behind you to the left on a chest plate hanging on the wall. The equal sized circles made by the barrels there is neat but because they ARE equal we know it's a decoy. You can check in at the Main Street station and ask if the Lilly Belle is running and if there are spots available. It does depend on the weather, staffing, and if they are accepting reservations.
