When you set up your dining you tell them you want a birthday cake and they will have it for you right there. Wendy did that for me a few years ago and she just told me it was around 30.00 dollars

We did this at Kinda Kona Cafe. Cake was $12 back then. Don't know if it depends on what type of cake. They used to have cakes on hand so you could just request one upon arrival not sure I'd risk it though. - DizneyGirl  354.5 #9 8:27AM
