Today is a very hard day for me. Trying so hard not to cry at each of my patients home. I lost a very dear friend in the towers 11 years ago. It still feels like yesterday. Please send pixie dust and pray I can kee it together. Sorry of Disney top admin.

I understand how u feel. I'm a native new-yorker (I'm in nj now) I posted about it too because I felt that it was necessary and important to give this day the proper honor and recognition. We knew people who died in the towers too. I watched the names being read today...very sad..all those people. Sending u a ton of pixie dust and prayers today. Don't be sad because your dear friend has passed,but smile because he/she has lived=).Their memory lives on through you and through all that you do to give back to others in your work as a nurse.
