Need some help from y'all that have been to character dinners and The Christmas party parade. Our next trip is planned for November this year. My daughters(2) and youngest sons(1) first trip. We have talked to Disney by phone already and they said if we called back and reserved our vacation in June or July that they know we could get the free dining plan which even includes a character dinner in it. That will save us some money but how much more with the Christmas party cost and do we have to purchase those tickets when we purchase the vacation. Any info is greatly appreciated
Skip the party. It's not worth it at all. Save the money that would be spent and use it on merchandise or something special at the hotel. - IndyandMarion

Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary, O'Hana for breakfast with Mickey and friends, Crystal Palace at MK with Pooh and friends, Hollywood and Vine with Little Einsteins is good, AK has a good breakfast at Tusker House. - Jalex239

I think for any girl of any age, you should pick a Princess character sit down meal. My recommendations are Princess storybook dining at Akershus Royal banquet hall at Epcot, and Cinderellas Royal table at Magic Kingdom! :-) Hope it helps! - JessiBelle22

I would ask you "what are her favorite characters?" If you want to see several classic characters Chef Mickey's is the best. If you want Pooh Bear then Crystal Palace is awesome. Princesses . . . the best experience we've had was at Akershus and then if you want Jake, The Einsteins do Hollywood and Vine. - DizneyGirl
