We stayed at the Boardwalk for our honeymoon. It is by far our favorite resort. It's a great resort if you do not have kids. It's quiet and the attention the staff gives you is amazing. You can walk to both Epcot and HS and always find things to do. We stayed in a concierge garden suite, which was like a town house. Epcot is my favorite park. It's also the most exhausting, we do the most walking there. There are so many places to eat here that it's hard to choose one, but Garden Grill is at the top of the list! Kids can enjoy the kidcot spots, so make sure to do those with your kiddos. I also think Illuminations is the best fireworks show. We have never stayed at any of these resorts, but love visiting the Boardwalk, which has some great entertainment and several restaurants to enjoy. Now you're talking! :) I LOVE Epcot!!! First off it just has that 80's feel to me which brings me back to my teenage years! We love every ride there! I think my favorite is Soarin! We have ridden it many times at DCA and would miss it if it wasn't included at WDW! Test track is a BLAST! My little one loves spaceship earth, nemo and the Mexico ride! I cannot say enough about the world showcase!!! I could just get lost in there!!! The buildings are beautiful, food is GREAT! Teppan edo in Japan is to die for! And the SHOPPING!!! :) I didn't realize how many meet and greets there were with princesses there! We saw belle, jasmine and Aladdin and sleeping beauty. It's just a beautiful laid back park with lots of room to move :) I could go on all day! As far as resorts 2 of our 3 trips this year we stayed at pop. Our first trip was my first time to be there in more than 10 yrs. (we usually go to DL) I was AMAZED at how clean and fun the grounds are! So much to do just walking around the resort! States in the 90's and then 50's. 90's was very close to the bus! There is a beautiful lake between pop and AOA that has a great jogging trail for a quick run! The only thing to be aware of is they have double beds! I would stay there every time! We loved it! I better stop because I could go on all day abt pop too! Good morning! Epcot is one of my favorites, there just is so much to see and so there. There isn't a ride there I don't like but top of the list would be test track and soaring. Have to make a stop at Club Cool before we head to the country's and try the Beverly! Every country is a venue in itself and they all have a coloring post that the kids can take part in. We always take part in the flag retreat at the American pavilion and sometimes there are concerts there. There are shows at china, Italy, England(concert by british invasion)and Canada(concert by off kilter). See them all. Eating and drinking around the countries one of our favorite things to do. Some of our favorites are the garden grill character dinning, coral reef ocean atmosphere , biergarten fun German buffet, Canada steak house. For quick service beer and brat at Germany, the American pavilion, and England fish and chips. Stay for the fire works show! Illuminations--AMAZING!!!!!! Now sometimes we will take the walkway from Epcot to the boardwalk and have dinner at the ESPN club. It's a great break in the day, the boys get a chance to catch a little of there favorite team playing or the race and then we head back. We have also rented the surry bikes there and ride around the boardwalk, that's always fun also. There are also a few other resturaunts there that we haven't tried along with some little shops. Haven't stayed at any of the hotels over that way but they look beautiful. We have stayed at all of the valu hotels except AOA. The kids love them. They are decked out with larger than life iconic themes, have fun pools, (no slides) game rooms, and food courts. Our favorite by far is pop century it is very cute, has a walking running trail, own bus stop, and a bridge that goes to AOA which we visited and looks amazing!
