I say split. We went in '09 with 20 of us and it was not a good time. Everyone was trying to stay together but not agreeing where to go. If we ever did it again, I would go seperate and meet up for lunch or pics!
That's awesome!! I've never gone with a large group of family. But I would recommend doing both, doing certain things together, but put some time aside for just you, your wife, and son. What wonderful memories you all are going to create! Happy planning! :-) - JessiBelle22

I would say pick places to meet up at for planning and taking pictures but everyone probably wants to do different things and with lines it will be easier. Especially for the nighttime shows you probably would like the whole group together so meet earlier to get great spots together. - sweetiepie

Wow, that sounds like quite a group! I will be visiting with a group of 5 next month. When we travel in groups we usually spend some time together and some time apart.
