Hi friends! I have an angel in my class (4 years old) who has leukemia. She and her family were awarded at WDW trip through Make-a-Wish and they leave on Saturday!! I'm helping them plan, so my question is... Does anybody know about the Give the Kids the World Village? That is where my little angel and her family will be staying since it's for all the wish kids. Does anyone have any experience with this? Where it is? What it's like? Thanks so much! My sweet little friend and her family NEED this trip. They have been through so much and are still going through it. Thanks guys!!!!

I had a pt this am with that diagnosis. He just got home for the first time. I had to teach mom how to administer antibiotics at home she was so overwhelm. I will going back tomorrow to attempt to teach her again. Good for you for helping them. I can't imagine what it is like and the stress level. - 5disneylovers

I remembered I have an animal story too, Mrs. I! This cute little guy was hanging out in World Showcase at Epcot of Nov. 2010. He looked cute and well-mannered, but he was fooling me!!! After walking around a little, I sat down on the ledge you see here, ready to eat a hot, fresh, yummy pretzel I had just bought. So, I sat down, set my pretzel and napkin on my leg, set my soda down on the ledge, then... BAM! This sneaky little guy came up and took my pretzel OFF OF MY LEG! I couldn't believe he wasn't afraid (I had 2 loud, hyper little girls right next to me!) to get that close to us! Luckily, I acted quickly because I was HUNGRY, and I snatched the pretzel back from him! Of course, after I fought the duck for my pretzel, I felt bad for him. So, I gave him the piece he had bitten on to plus about 1/2 or the rest. Now, in 36 days, my girls want to go look for "the duck who tried to steal Mom's pretzel"!
