I love getting on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad right when Wishes starts! I love the feeling of seeing the fireworks while on the ride! Its so pretty!
Great time to visit. You will fit alot in. Scan the maps pic what you really want to do and do it first. Get fast passes earlie in day for attractions you want to do. If you are a show person see them all that is my favorite part including parades and fireworks. If you haven't already do the Mickey not so scarry Halloween party, it is a great time. Take your time and soak it all in. Enjoy your return visit - mmddgp  459.9 #14 7:15AM
Thanks for the info! Yes we love the shows so that will be a must. It will be a very different trip this time with adult 'kids'. ; ) - MicheyMouse  336.8 #635 7:31AM
Yes it will be different but it can still be magical. Do you have any dinning planned? Where are you staying? - mmddgp  459.9 #14 7:33AM
We are annual pass holders here and truely appreciate the magic of Disney! We are staying at the Coronado and have the dining plan. We have dinner reservations each night. - MicheyMouse  336.8 #635 7:52AM
We are annual pass holders here. Coronado is a cool hotel. Enjoy the dinning You are going to have a great time. If you have any other questions ask away - mmddgp  459.9 #14 12:14PM
You must do Rock n Rollcoaster!! My kids fav! - Deppsfan  37.7 #108 7:19AM
Yes! That looks really cool and we love roller coasters!!!! - MicheyMouse  336.8 #635 7:31AM
Mickeynme has a lot of great information. Just try to arrive early if you can and grab a FP for a major attraction and then go in a certain direction with somewhat of an idea of what you're going to see and do plus factor in dining. At Epcot, there are tons of food options even for snacks! The World Showcase is really fun especially for adults so explore the pavilions and take your time there. Norway has a boat ride, maelstrom and Mexico does also, Gran Fiesta Tour. The American pavilion has a patriotic performance that is recommended in front of the QS restaurant. Check out the drummers in Japan, the wonderful acrobats in China and an interactive dance in Italy! Fish and Chips are really good in the UK. If you get the chance, take the monorail from the ttc to Epcot and see the great view as the monorail ride circles around inside future world before you disembark. Also, don't rush things and wear yourselves out. Take the time to absorb everything or else you may find it overwhelming. WDW is enormous compared to DL so enjoy it little by little! - JetsamsTwin  379.9 #18 2:20AM
Really looking forward to Epcot! What special snacks are you referring to? We love our churros and pickles. : ) we have dinner reservations at the place in germany but still will have a quick service there and snack too. - MicheyMouse  336.8 #635 6:53AM
Qs we like are Mexico china great britan ( fish and chips) then we take that back and watch British invasion show. Snacks from Germany (cheesecake ) France ohh so many , funnel cake. Can't wait we do Epcot or first day on Friday 14. Have a great time - mmddgp  459.9 #14 7:02AM
You can get the churros at the QS in mexico. Like Mmddgp said, France has a ton of delicious desserts. Biergarten has some cool beer steins if you like beer. - JetsamsTwin  379.9 #18 7:57AM
Don't miss Expedition Everest in the Animal Kingdom! - goofygal  7154.8 #7 4:51AM

I love the idea of having them open a present and inside the present put a helium mickey balloon with and envelope attached to the end that says youre going to disney! Theyll open it up and the balloon will come flying out!
Is she a Disney freak???! Tell her on one day she can go wherever she wants to go that day.. Anywhere! Hope she says Disney! Lol. Or order a pizza and have written inside the box, WERE GOING TO DISNEY! - Boardwalkgirl  55.2 #89 10:48AM
We bought our two boys birnbAums book for kids. They always see me reading the grown up one. I gave them each a highlighted and post it's with the top one saying 81 days! - timon  12.0 #207 6:18PM
Okay so you buy a pin. Put it on a lanyard, put it in a box. Then get another box and put your tickets in it. (If you dont have them yet just google a picture of one and print it out) Give her the pin box first, then the tickets one. Have fun! - samndawn67  21.8 #147 10:19AM
I would lie and say we are going somewhere boring, then just show up. But half way there, I would probably slip or tell them out of my own excitement! - MomWithAJuiceBoxBuzz  1072.5 #139 11:37AM

My friend os coming with me! My mom talked to his mom.. Weve known each other since we were tiny so i guess that helps. Defanitely have your mom call his mom. Thats what we did.
Is ur fam ok w it? My mom feels a lot if responsible when she takes my younger cousins alone. If urs are good w it I'd let them do the convincing. For my experience when my mom and a friends mom get together, they have a good time, get in good moods and let us get our ways:) - Polynesiangirl  98.4 #62 10:44AM

If i had to choose i would choos the Polynesian!:) Its so pretty and they have Ohana! By far my favorite restaurant!:) The beach club is awesome too. They have a great pool! I would also look at the wilderness lodge or the boardwalk:) Some more of my favorites!
I have stayed at the beach club multiple times and it really nice, it's nice how you can walk to Epcot and the pool there is really big and fun, though I haven't stayed at the poly or GF we haven't eaten at both and they are both really nice places - nodell111  166.4 #47 11:58AM
Thanks so much! - Cinderella12  45.6 #98 12:02PM
Ooo, tough choice.  We've never stayed at any, but I have done A LOT of research and read reviews on all.  IF I had to choose I'd choose Beach Club (has an awesome pool and Cape May Cafe, mmm, have eaten there), a close 2nd would be the Poly.  Don't think I'd stay at the GF, just not our thing, although we love the 1900 Park Fare Restaurant! - DizneyGirl  656.9 #7 12:03PM
We wanted the poly this year but it was way out of budget. We ate at Kona last year and it was really good. We did 1900 park fare at gf as well but the poly is more laid back and it's a monorail resort so u can't go wrong.....sigh maybe next year! - girlonfire  54.1 #91 1:58PM
If you are looking for a deluxe yachtclub is great its right next to beach club and shares the same Awsome pool ,yachtsman steakhouse is very yummy, boardwalk also a great resort, right across from the other two has some really good dining and akl is beautiful and fun def great if you can get a Savannah view, happy planning:) - tracsant  1022.0 #2 2:08PM

Defanitely try Boma(Animal Kingdom Lodge), Ohana(Polynesian), and LeCellier(Canada-Epcot)! If you like Mexican food, try San Angel Inn at Epcot. Whispering Canyon is also very good! It's at the Wilderness Lodge, and the scenery is just fantasmic!;)
At mk liberty tree tavern ,its family style, tonys ( Italian) crystal palace(buffet) at Hs 50s prime and scifi both have great atmospheres and are fun places , at epcot is lecelliar and we usually just walk around and try different snacks from all the countries ,at AK rainforest and other than that I usually have quick serves but I heard great things about yak and yeti, have fun planning:) - tracsant  1022.0 #2 4:07AM
Those are all awesome!!! The only thing I'd add is Tusker House at AK, great food and service and somtimes they have live entertainment that's really cool! :) - HannahBanana36  46.4 #97 4:16AM
Yak and Teti is very, very good! They have amazing food! Were actually going to Yak and Yeti our next trip this June!:D - LionKingGirl  9.3 #247 10:37AM
Oops.. Yak and Yeti not Teti. Lol! - LionKingGirl  9.3 #247 10:38AM
I love the Brown Derby (Hollywood Studios), LeCellier (Canada/Epcot), Crystal Palace (MK), Cape May (Beach Club Resort), Ohana (Polynesian Resort), Boma (Animal Kingdom Lodge), Rose & Crown (Great Britain/Epcot), Marakkesh (Morocco/Epcot). Now why do I feel hungry all of a sudden?? Lol! - Tinkerbell1265  441.1 #16 4:25AM
If you want to try Greek/Mediterranean inspired food by a celebrity chef, try Kouzzinas at the Boardwalk resort. Ohanas at the poly;Yak and Yeti at AK;1900 park fare (character buffet) at the Grand Floridian;crystal palace at MK; Boma at AKL; - majickingdom79  77.3 #75 10:42AM
Cape May at Beach Club is a great buffet , also liked Whispering Canyon at Wilderness Lodge , Coral Reef & Le Cellar at Epcot , Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom , Sci Fi at Studios - skcanfield  473.7 #12 11:34AM
