Not scary at all! Its really fun! In the introduction video they explain that there is an additional loop you put the seat-belt through if they are little. There is one lift in the begining and that is it; its not that fast. Try watching a video on youtube if you want to know more.

Whenever possible, cut through stores. Its only a few seconds of air-conditioning, but it helps. In HS on the way to TOT and RRC, all the stores are attatched. You can walk through them all the way to the end.

Only tips I have is what you have been doing, my sister used to get really sick every time we went to wdw when she was little but there isn't much to really do for it except drink lots of water and take breaks. Sorry I can't help more - nodell111

I don't know the hours, but I know the zoo here has summer time hours but even they are not that late. After a certain hour you have some of the animals that naturally turn in and you wouldn't see much. Then you have the nocturnal hunters. I know they have a way of keeping them separate, but I am sure they aren't taking any chances on guest safety. - Lelundrial

How cool is it that all of the different species on the Savannah are trained to certain calls (whistles, bells, etc) to go back to their night houses when it gets dark, and planters go out and replant greens for them to eat. - mrsincredible

I heard that they want to gather the animals before it gets dark...they bring most of the animals in a close gated area at night, and let them back out before the parks open...also to feed them...they said the animals know when you come in for the night... - islandgirl58
