Good morning MW! this is the start to my Disney wall in the living room! i hung cork up with Mickey ribbon for us to display our pins when we are not at WDW. the kids boards are empty because they are going to complete them this afternoon. I am so excited to see this wall every day before and after work/school!!

Stressed out beyond belief! Feeling like we are never going to get ahead financially. Actually just making ends meet sometimes seems impossible. Feeling like another Disney trip is NOT going to happen for a very long time! Sorry for the down message, but just looking for some Disney magic to come our way for a change, know what I mean? *sigh*

I know how you feel when my kids was little we had our wdw trip paid for then had to cancel the trip because my hubby got laid off didn't have the money to pay for gas or food it took a year to pay for it my kids where mad had to wait til they grew up - jeri814

I hope things are looking better! I wish I could send a ton of pixie dust and make it okay, but with finances, there's never an easy fix. Tips: 1. We don't go out to eat, we only eat out when we go on vacations. 2. If we can't pay cash for it, we don't buy it! 3. Groceries: keep it simple, do with out pop/soda and junk food you don't 'need'. - DizneyGirl

How does everyone save money for your trips? I am TRYING to start saving money and put it away for our next trip, but it is SO HARD. I was wondering what everyone else does? I was almost considering getting a part time job just for extra money....what are everyone's thoughts?
I have a small amount from every paycheck deposited into a savings account & try to forget its there. That way, when I need it (like for a trip to WDW), it's there. It really adds up over time too! - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad

I use my Disney Visa for everything to earn rewards to use for vacations. I have heard of some people putting money on a Disney gift card everytime they get paid. Cutting out a few movies or eating out throughout the year really adds up too! Like others said, putting a little bit of each paycheck in a savings account can really add up too! - Andrea84

Disney Vacation Club. You pay every month and have your accommodations paid for. The rest-food, airfare, etc. can be saved or paid on a credit card. We have been traveling on free miles for years ! - Sandy
