Hey everyone. Quick question. My family and I are thinking about going to a Disney park out of the US. Has anyone been? If so do you have any suggestions on how to go about doing this or any specific park you have liked best? Thanks!
Posted a picture of the castle at DLP - it's a short hop across the English Channel for us. It's our 'winter' park - we like to see all the Christmas festivities before the crowds get there, so so cold though We have been going since the park opened and believe it is becoming more 'Disneyfied' Its good fun, not as big as WDW rides like R&RC seem a little faster, SM is amazing, more things undercover for when it rains (cold, grey, European rain) the hotels on property are good but not same standard as in U S. 3 or 4 days is enough out of high season. There is a train station on site with fast train to airport - 9 mins as opposed to 45 min drive. The train also goes into Paris. Food is not as good, less choice, buffets probably best value, they also have dining plan. Please ask if you want to know more - I can get boring! - rink2

Your welcome. If you are staying on property park hopper pass is included for length of stay. Hotels are all within walking distance - the less you pay the further you walk!! There is a shuttle bus too if you're all tired out. Off property tickets can be bought for between 1 and 5 days in various forms. Hope that helps. - rink2

If you go to the MW Disneyland app someone just went to Disneyland Hong Kong. They posted a lot of pictures. I've never been outside the US so I can't be of help there. - jlipstone

When we go to either Disney land or world we have a tradition of going on Pirates of the Caribbean as our first ride. Does anyone els have traditions like this at the park?
Us too!! Always pirates first! My mom read most ppl go to tomorrowland when mk opens so that's when our pirate tradition started. Oh but emh in the am we do Peter pan first since adventure lands closed and pp is a long line later in the day. Ahh memories ..I want wdw NOW!!!
