don't know why I didn't think about this before. should have posted here awhile ago. when I cancelled my Disney vacation I wasn't able to get a refund on the flight. it's non refundable. instead I got a 950 dollar credit. it can be used to go anywhere. would anyone like to buy the credit from me since I can't use it? ill give 950$ worth of credit for 650. thats a 300$ savings. anyone interested?

Well here's the thing. Ive been very reluctant to post this only because I've been avoiding anything Disney related. You see, I was supposed to arrive at Disney this past Monday. Tomorrow would have been my last day there. I didn't tell the kids. no need to break their hearts. but its definatly been hard for me. I just got back from the movies. it's not exactly Disney but i took them to see Finding Nemo 3D. Atleast there was that. ah well ....

I'm still here and I read your posts when I can. things are just so rough right now. sorry that I don't have any Disney news. my son is finally getting a g tube surgically implanted so he can be fed abit easier then it is now. not Disney news but it is news. Thank you to everyone for your well wishes and prayers. My wife and I really appreciate it. If any of you have babies, I highly suggest reading about Infant Botulism. I never knew how easy it is for a baby to catch. While I was at the hospital in Pediatrics ICU, there was a father there in the room next to ours. His son had a heart condition. He was 2 months old. His son died. I still cry every time I think about it. We both went to the funeral, my wife and I, and needless to say it was very sad. This made our son's condition even scarier for us, since at that time, my son's condition was still delicate. I took a 2 month FMLA (family medical leave of absence) but that is not paid so couldn't afford to take more then that. My wife is now unemployed. So we're surviving on my check alone. It could continue to be that way for a year or more. We were given food stamps but denied cash assistance. This makes for very difficult circumstances. Recently I also had a good friend " commit suicide". i put that in quotations because I don't believe he did. I believe he was murdered. This was supposed to be a good year. I was recently awarded my divorce so I can now marry my fiance of 5 years. In November I get my license to drive back after 10 years. and ofcourse there was my Disney vacation. but it seems like everything went downhill. idk. All I can say is God grant me the strength.

Long time... quick update for those interested. New baby got very sick. He got diagnosed with Infant Botulism. He was hospitalized for about 4 months. I became very depressed. Doctors said the sickness was almost fatal. Stopped really doing almost anything that wasn't related to my son including mousewait and facebook. Had to cancel my Disney trip which would have been next week. Guess I'm sorta back but things are still a struggle both financially and emotionally. Hope everyone is well.

I just found out I have to work a 17 hour shift at the hospital due to call outs!

Ok first of all the great news. I received my divorce papers today. That means I can marry Christine! Somehow when I woke up this morning something told me its going to be a great day. So we decided we want to get married at Disney but the cheapest Disney Wedding is 2495$. So wedecided to try to raise the money by raffleing a Beauty and The Beast Thomas Kinkade Painting. Its 175.00 on ThomasKinkade.com. We're going to buy it then raffle it in front of our local Shoprite with a "Help Pay For Our Wedding" sign. Then we are going to post the video of us picking a winner live on youtube. Also anyone who buys a ticket we will email wedding pics to as a way to say thank you.
