The weather is usually nice..Check when the cheerleaders are there in May..we went to see our cousin cheer and it was pretty crowded with cheerleaders. - justGoofin

I think May is still during flower&garden which I love! The topiaries are awesome. Definetly warm enough for water parks but not dying (then again, I'm from AZ!). Crowds not too bad before summer rush - timonT

Thanks everyone, just looked up the cheerleader issue, it says theres competition at WDW on may 4th & 5th i dont arrive til the 8th & we wont be headed to the parks til the 9th so we might just miss them, but it says theres competitions all over florida, im guessing they wont be there too long becuz they have to go back to school...i guess we will see gunna keep my fingers crossed - AB1288

When you get to your hotel show your Id at the online check-in area and receive your room key welcome folder etc Verses standing on line I guess. So it's less time registering and gets you to your room faster - 5disneylovers

Hey MW friends..question...now ive checked weather.com etc. for the forecast for the end of sept. But I was just curious what the weather was like when any of you guys visited around that time frame =)
Sept is nice. Still in the 80s and 90s in day gets a little cooler in pm. We have had it where it rained at least once a day but not a total wash out. We have had a severe thunder storm here or there and we were there one year when they closed Disney for a day due to hurricane warning. We have been going in sept for the past 18 years and we love it. It's a very good time to go. Have a great time - mmddgp

Just woke up from a bad dream...so to get myself outta the nightmare jitters im thinking about WDW...question..character dinners a must do for every trip or do you skip? I've done it in the best but im thinking about skipping this trip...thoughts?
We do character meals every trip. We really like them plus it better to meet them there instead of waiting in long lines. Just my opinion - Schramke
