I'm sure the melon, basil and prosciutto are put on after the pizza is cooked. The pizza is hot but the toppings aren't. I thought it sounded gross until I tried it. Just don't eat it after the pizza is cold. I'm not really an adventures eater at all and I liked it. - poppins101  5.3 #10060 5:13PM
