Some of the Royal designs inside Akershus... I will say, this is a great alternative for a Princess Dining experience compare to CRT (well, CRT is great if you want to eat INSIDE Cinderella's Castle)

Now for the entree. I choosed the meatballs (kjΓΈttkake). Also, the dessert is served Family style... I love the rice dessert, and the choco mousse is not that sweet (which is perfect)
The "Taste of Norway" Appetizer buffet at Akershus... There are selections of cheese, fish, capers, salads and bread... This is a meal already!
Norway is one of my favorite land here! (My fascination to the Vikings and Wagner's Ring Cycle, pretty much glorifies the Scandinavian region).
