I posted this on DL side because we are talking about Mary Blair's art (i posted the book i bought about her). This was at UCLA Jules Stein eye institute. Commissioned by Walt Disney as a gift to Jules Stein eye institute, this is a legendary artwork of Mary Blair... Too bad her murals at DLand was covered/gone... And i am glad that WDW Blair Mural is still existing... (Pic is from google and blogspot).

I am missing Christmas at WDW! Even if i'm from California, my 1st trip to WDW was during Christmas Holiday decor and from that moment, I feel like a kid full of excitement! (And also Fantasia mode because of all the colors!, im not high that time, if someone get that)....

Just want to share some new knowledge i found (maybe it is old for some). I bought this CD because of the Nutcracker Suite (Fantasia inspired). But when i listen to the Sleeping Beauty Waltz, it reminds me of "Once Upon a Dream" from Sleeping Beauty. Just found out that the music of the animated movie "Sleeping Beauty" was partly based from Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty Ballet. :)

Throwback Thursday: this was taken during my first trip to WDW (Nov. 2011)... It was my first time travelling solo for leisure and this is my birthday gift to myself (celebrated my 25th bday that time). Because of this experience, i fell in love with the Christmas decor of WDW and continued my fascination of Christmas time at Disney Theme Parks

Guys and Gals. If you are planning to visit Disneyland and if you want to stay at the Disneyland resort hotel, i suggest Disneyland Hotel. This is their headboard and the pillow is cute :)
