Do it! You won't regret it. NO cons to autograph books! Here's a tip, buy a book and leave the left page blank and have the characters sign on the right side, then when you get home, glue a picture of that character on the left side of the book! I'll try to post pictures of what we did. You can buy books that offer a photo sleeve on the left, but the don't have as many pages, the years we bought those we ran out of pages :( - DizneyGirl

My kids will be 8 & 13. I am thinking if I make it like a scavenger hunt they may want to do this. And we will be there hopefully in October. So that will be a plus. I would love to do matching shirts but I am sure I will get 2 no`s.

Also,planning doesnt usually work w/us because very little of what we actually plan works out the way it's supposed to. I remember it was EXTREMELY hot & VERY crowded one night for wishes. Ppl were literally on the lawns by the castle,that's how bad it was. I had my heart set on seeing wishes, but since I saw it before,I decided that it was better for us all to leave. The insanity just wasn't worth it. We ditched our plans,hopped on the monorail &had a nice little meal at kona's at the Polynesian. Well worth changing up our plans for the sake of our health and sanity. Sry for rambling all! Just wanted to share! I get excited about my Disney memories..sry:( lol - mickeynme

I try not to get caught up in the stress of the moments like that one, when it's late and everyone is tired, kids are cranky and everyone seems to have lost their Disney spirit...it's every man for themselves at that point, haha!! Our 2010 trip Princess Aurora danced with my son then gave him a kiss on the check. It was his birthday trip and went to the character breakfast for his sister.
I've posted this memory before but it's my all time fave & makes me teary eyed sometimes. My Dad went on each & every roller coaster with me & my siblings in every Disney park we went to. I found out within the past few years that he absolutely hates the things. He put aside his feelings so he could spend time with his kids doing the rides that made them happy. I 💙 my Dad. I went 5 mos pregnant and it was better than I thought. Went on more rides than I thought I'd be able to, take it slow, people watch. Make sure you wear a cute shirt.
