When did everyone get their luggage tags or should I ask does Disney still send them? Last trip we received them 6 weeks prior, I am at 4 weeks now and no tags :( They just make it so official.

This is me with my Dad and little sis. Love them so much. Really wanted all my family to come with us next month when we go, but it didn't work out. Love to plan our next trip with them. Anyone use Grand Gatherings before to book? Or any other suggestions for planning for 10+ people?
We use grand gatherings every trip. My mom and sisters always go with our family of 5. They make it really easy to keep everyone in our party together for hotel rooms and dinning. Have fun planning - disneyrunmom

I believe they no longer do Grand Gathering events, but they will help you with booking groups of rooms and such. I'm going with 30 family in 2 months. Don't try to do everything together. We'll probably go to same park each day but break off. Then one or two family meals - timonT
