I just heard that Disney nixed the plans it had for doing a resort in the DC area. Remember Disney America that was supposed to happen in the DC area back in the 90s? Maybe 3rd time's the charm for us in the DC area??
Mickey Mouse beignets for breakfast. That's how our family starts Thanksgiving every year. Next step - a righteous nap!
Has anyone had the chance to try the "birthday cake" ice cream at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street? I had it last week and it was awesome!
I'm curious to hear thoughts on the Disney Dining Plan. Specifically, are there restrictions on what you can order if you dine at signature restaurants?
Did anyone else get stuck in Joe Biden's traffic yesterday? I was stuck on a bus as he was arriving and then stuck on the Monorail when he was leaving.
Tiramisu from Tony's Town Square. Bellisimo!
Meatball sliders from the lunch menu at Tony's Town Square.
"Taste of Italy" appetizer from Tony's Town Square in the Magic Kingdom. Veddy veddy goooood.
First course at Artist Point tonight. Field green salad with Pinot Gris wine pairing.
Still working on my self-serve Dole Whip technique. They make it look so easy at the Aloha Isle.
Margherita pizza from Via Napoli in Epcot. Don't worry, I gave it a good home!
This is a made-to-order waffle with Nutella, strawberries, blueberries, and fresh sliced bananas. I got it from Sleepy Hallow Refreshments in Liberty Square last night. This was a special that they've been offering only during the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Cue the "Oh yeah!" music from Ferris Bueller's Day Off!
Pot Stickers at Yak & Yeti.
Egg rolls at Yak & Yeti on the Animal Kingdom.
A quick refreshment at the Polynesian before we head out to Epcot.
Dole Whip break. Check out to sub-par technique I have on the Polynesian's self-serve machine. Looking forward to more practice opportunities.
This is how I roll at The Crystal Palace lunch buffet!
A 16oz. bone-in rib-eye from Le Cellier. The steak was awesome, but I felt like I should've gotten a t-shirt or something to commemorate the fact that I took this bad boy down in record time.
