Avoid the park with extra magic hours, they are typically most crowded. I think if you google the best day to visit each park you can find something that breaks it down each month, can't think of the exact website. - Andrea84

I went during off season. And we did each park by the extra magic hrs. And it was great! We only woke up extra early for AK and MK since there hr where in the morning. But we got so many things done that way! And also at night! - lakerck

I find that MK is better to go on a Wednesday or Thursday but peterpan is always a long wait i suggest to get fast pass as soon as u get to the park in the morning. AK on a Monday or Tuesday. Epcot on Tuesday or Thursday i suggest to get fast pass for soarin and MGM Wednesday or Thursday but get a fast pass for the toy story ride in the morning this ride is always more then hour wait and the fast pass runs out by 10 am - crzymickeyfan
