Well, we did it, made our reservations on Tuesday. 12/2-12/8 at Wilderness Lodge. Made a few dining reservations today and have put planning into full mode. So excited!

Hi my MW friends! Question for everyone: we are headed to Disney the first week of December and always stay at Wilderness Lodge. This time we want to try someplace new. Tell me where you recommend we stay and why? Remember I have a 9 year old and 3 year old with us. Also where should we avoid at all costs, and why?
We are actually booked at WL for our next trip but switching to POR! We loved everything about it when we stayed there. The atmosphere and decor were awesome. It was quiet. Many activities for the kids to do there on rest days. Alicia really enjoyed fishing there and talking walks on the path. They have a main pool which she loved but they do have several quiet pools. You can take a boat to DTD. The only downside is the several bus stops but it wasn't that big of a deal for us. I would love to stay at AKL. I think my kids would love it but we are staying 10 days so cutting cost on the hotel. - Ariel42

Have missed my MW family the past few days. Feels like I am going in every direction but straight lately. My bosses friend lost their son a week ago, he was killed in Afghanistan. Tragic! Such a difficult week for so many. I give thanks for those who are special in my life and ask God to keep them safe.

Good morning, I am so glad to be back on MW. Thursday at daycare my 2 yr old fell off a small playset backwards, he lost conciousness, stopped breathing, and had a seizure. The caregiver acted quickly and started cpr and had someone call 911. Her quick actions got him breathing and screaming until the ambulance got there. We spent time at Children's with many tests and observation, all tests came back clear. We are resting at home trying to keep him at a relaxed state for the next few days. Many episodes of MickeyMouse clubhouse are in our future. As a parent this has to have been one of the scariest things I have experienced.
I know this isn't Disney related but I needed to share what we have been going through.
OMG that is terrible. Hope he is alright now. I can imagine how scared you were. That's wonderful that someone was there who reacted quickly and properly to administer what he needed. Hope all is well. Our thoughts and prayers sent for the little guy. - jacdanfan
