This is terrible... in 3 weeks, my family along with my in-laws will be checking in, and picking up a reserved motorized scooter for my MIL who is recovering from knee replacement surgery. We paid to upgrade for a perferred room, which is closer to the buses and dining hall at our resort, mainly to ensure she'd have enough room to pull the scooter inside their room overnight to store. I didn't know at the time that we would also receive a "VIP" pass to the front of all the ride lines and shows. Of course that sounds amazing, who wouldn't want that?! But, what kind of person do you have to be to fake something like that?! I feel guilty even having that kind of luxury this trip, because I am not disabled. I don't expect Disney to put us at the front of all the lines. It's a shame people take advantage. I paid for the upgrades, but for very different reasons. It makes me super sad to see this type of service even exists. I couldn't sleep at night if I was dilerately trying to cheat the system.
