Hey all, so my family is attending the MVMCP and I am wondering if the parade would be the same parade that we saw in Disneyland two years ago during the holiday season. If its the same then we may not bother with the parade. Thanks!
No. Totally different. - IndyandMarion  1181.0 #1 6:27PM

Hey all, in November we land at MCO on Saturday nov. 16 at 6:08 am. How long do you think it will take us from the time we land to arrive at POR using DME? Thanks? Will we be able to be at DHS for 8am EMH? Thanks!!
I've never been to POR but when we go from MCO to Pop it takes about 45mins. - Schramke  402.3 #15 2:45AM
We stayed there last trip and it was right around 1 hour. It was the 3rd stop I believe - girlonfire  52.4 #86 7:47AM
You could probably make it depending on how long you have to wait for the bus to the park. - rlpologal89  9.4 #239 8:42AM

Hey all, quick question. So, I find that I get a bit motion sick on Star Tours and that was before the 3D. Will I get sick on Mission Pdace green? Or should I just stay away from it altogether? Thanks!
Anybody have this problem..bump! - justGoofin  128.5 #53 6:41AM
I get a little dizzy on Star Tours and I can't handle either Mission Space. I am also claustrophobic which may contribute to it. - Disneyaddict  265.9 #1033 7:06AM
I get motion sickness pretty easily and I rode it for the first time last month and it wasn't too bad. The front rows are better than the back because you move a lot more in the back. Maybe save it for your lady ride of the day that way if you don't do well you can go back to the hotel. - Andrea84  601.1 #7 9:49AM

Hey all, quick question. In November, if I want to put some stuff in a locker midday, will there e lockers free or do they fill up? Thanks!
Bump..I never use a locker..any locker users out there? - justGoofin  128.5 #53 7:46PM
I think all the parks have enough lockers to accommodate everyone. You should be okay. - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad  746.1 #4 7:52PM

Hey all, so we need to worry about bugs in WDW in November, I heard there are Mosquitos, palmettos, and love bugs??? I'm not used to bugs, I'm from Canada, we don't have many annoying bugs here on the West Coast. Thanks!!
I think you'll be fine in Nov. Love bugs are out right now and usually April/May. You can always bring bug spray just in case! - Andrea84  601.1 #7 6:44AM
We always go in oct and usually stay at fort wilderness and we never had any trouble. About the only bugs we had problems with were bees - mikesbabygirl711  8.8 #249 6:47AM
Disney has ways of controlling the bug population; they talk about that on a tour we took :) - MsMode  27.1 #125 1:55PM

Hey all, I'm trying to do the online check-in (54 days yippe) and I get to the last page and it says sorry there was an error please try again. I have tried many times and can't seem to check in, any ideas?
When this happened to me, I was told it was bc the trip wasn't paid in full. Once it was paid I was able to complete it. - jm92593  1.7 #3020 8:46PM

Hi all, quick question. Since our family will be arriving very early in the morning (6:15am) and are staying onsite. We plan to go to the hotel first to give them our bags and stuff and then hit the parks. Will we be allowed to hit up EMH, even though we won't have a room key yet? Thanks!
You will need to check in at the hotel first. You can check in and then they will text or call once your room is ready. If you don't use magical express to deliver your bags you can check them at bell services and they will bring them to your room when you call down for them. - girlonfire  52.4 #86 6:51AM
On our trip we checked in and they have us our key to the world cards so we could get in the parks and use our ddp. Then gave us a number to call around 12 so they could tell us what room we were in. Worked out great. - Schramke  402.3 #15 7:27AM
They should give you the keys when you check in, even though your room is not ready. It usually acts as everything. Park ticket, room key, etc. so they can just activate the room once it's ready! - mickiesgirl66  8.5 #253 9:22AM

Quick question, our family will arrive at MCO at 6:15am in the morning. Can we go to the hotel and check in (I know our room won't be ready for hours) and have them store out bags?? Thanks!
If you are riding in the magical express bus, they take your bags for you and take them to your room... So I would say that you go to the hotel and check in nd then head straight to the parks! Then when you go back your bags will be waiting for you - brodysmommy  307.1 #734 2:12PM
Where are you staying? In my experience, most hotels (for sure all Disney hotels) will hold your luggage until your room is ready. - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad  746.1 #4 1:36PM
We arrived on the redeye in January too and amazingly out room was ready at Pop Century. So we took a nap till 8:00 and then we t to the parks :) - mzdisnee  421.7 #14 6:47PM
Every time we've been except for one our room was ready when we got there (I always indicate our time when I do online check in). They will hold your bags though for check in and check out. - leveretttltl  32.0 #114 7:01PM

I'm sooo excited I just bought the family's plane tickets for our first trip to WDW! (We are DL vets).

Welcome. Your going to love it here. - Pooh147856  132.8 #52 8:43PM
Well, we are taking a red eye flight from Seattle on November 15, so arrive on the 16 and leave in the evening on Nov. 23. We are all adults, a family of 4. My brother and dad and I am surprising my mom with this trip as she turns 65 this year, so it's our present to her. We have POR booked. My mom will especially love seeing the Main Street electrical parade, as that was her favorite in DL. Thanks for the warm welcome! - lifeguardette  115.5 #3055 3:57AM
That's a great surprise. You picked a great place to stay. Will you be doing the dining plan cause we can help with places for dinner etc - 5disneylovers  718.2 #6 6:47AM

Hey all, I'm going to wdw for the first time and I was wondering what the best non character, non buffet breakfast options are, either in the parks or at a monorail resort. Thanks!!
For quick service, Seasons at Epcot. Lots of choices and its good food. - mkigos  44.7 #95 7:40PM
Kona Cafe at the Poly is good . - skcanfield  463.7 #12 7:51PM
Kona is great!!! - lghr  27.6 #123 11:13PM
For quick service I like the one in Contemporary resort. Rainforest Cafe by AKL, I like that breakfast as well. - Lelundrial  410.5 #444 11:24PM
