We live in Tampa and The Dolphin is our hotel of choice everytime we go to DW. You just can't beat the location. You can walk to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios or take a boat right from the hotel to either. It also backs right up to the Boardwalk for great nighttime entertainment. The grounds are great with a big pool and several nice restaurants and you get Extra Magic Hours perk. Only downside is if you are flying in the Magical Express transportation to and from the airport is not available nor can you use room key to charge in the park or have purchased sent right to the hotel. Very highly recommended!

Why not an entire Star Wars themed land? I'm sure that had to have been thrown around at some point...

Not neccesarily at AK but if they wanted to do a new land and something that would stand the test of time I think you'd be hard pressed to do better than Star Wars. - nelsen11

I believe the Halloween parade crosses the Adventureland Bridge but you can see the fireworks from anywhere in the park.

The parade crosses the Liberty Square bridge like all the other parades. It's best to watch the fireworks from the hub. - IndyandMarion

We looked into it and thought it was great just couldn't afford it at the time. So many options for all sorts of vacations just not disney. I would recommed going on the tour and speaking with them. Good luck! - Ariel42

We took the tour a few months back and are very interested in joining, however, we are also going to be purchasing our first home in the next year or so. If we were to finance the cost of the club is it like taking a loan or more like taking a mortgage? We will definitely join at some point, just curious as to the effects on credit and if it even makes sense to do it now. I would like to get in before prices go up again!
