I found it very convenient...you have to wait a bit but not horribly long.
I've been twice and have used the Magical Express both times. I love not having to go get my luggage! Both times the lines for the bus were VERY short and my hotels were the first stop to be dropped off at. I would recommend wearing what you want to wear at the parks on the plane because it can take a while for your luggage to be dropped of at your room. - chrissykins

We have used it both times we have gone and it was great, especially now with kids. You don't have to get your luggage and haul it all over the airport to get to a taxi or anything. You just get off the plane and head straight to the bus. Both times we didn't have to wait for a bus and there was no line to check in. I would say do it because it's very easy and less stressful. They tell you your luggage arrives about 3 hours after you get there. We don't know how long ours took because as soon as we get to our hotel we head straight to the parks for awhile. We always just pack an extra bag for the plane ride with stuff we need right away and not worry about the rest of our luggage - brodysmommy
