What a beautiful talented girl Gianna is. She can do a running roundoff at 5?? Amazing! Her doctor will convince your insurance company I'm sure. It's for the health of a child. Unless the company is run by Scrooge I think you'll be approved. She should be having a fun time as a kid not worrying about anything. Her hair will be back. It's just going to take some time. Yoho I know this doesnt help bc I am not a dr. however I work in a dermatology office and know a lot about alopecia.. Thats actually good news lab work came out normal! That hopefully means she does not have an auto immune disease! We see tons of children and adults with this. Hopefully its just a fluke and her immune system attacked that patch of hair! Topical steroids do help and the shots work wonders along with however I get it in her age who wants to do it! I wish you all the best and if you have any questions let me know. - Disneygal727

There is a fire station and hospital on Disney property. Cell phones automatically call your local 911 office (so I heard) so use your resort phone or go to the nearest CM at the parks. If no one is available, by all means use your cell phone. If what I heard is true, just tell them your at DW and I'm sure they should still be able to contact Orlando for you somehow.
