I have been checking the weather diligently for the past 3 days I arrive friday the 2nd to the 9th the days seem to be getting better everyday like sun friday thru Monday and possibly Wednesday can anyone confirm?
I'm not there, nor do I live there. But in our experience, even if rain is in the forecast it's usually a fairly short rainstorm. Especially compared to where we are from. Lots of times there are just a few minutes, never been thereand seen one for more than 15 minutes. I'm not sure how the hurricane may be effecting this though, but by the 2nd you'd think it wouldn't. - DizneyGirl

We've been in October - it was still hot. At most, I would take something light, in the event of a chilly restaurant or something. What I do is take a sunblock shirt, which rolls up small enough to put in my handbag. Around Disney I carry a mid-size bag w/ an adjustable strap so I can wear it crossbody and won't be weighed down. The shirt is very light & has a small footprint, and is plenty to take a chill away. It was always in my bag if I needed it, and I still had room in the bag for everything else I needed, including a 16-oz Contigo tumbler for ice water. - SueBoo

Its only electric at 9 and 11pm tho check the event pamphlet. Spectro was indefinitely retired. I liked it's music.(specto ) elp was fun tho this was my first time seeing it - Polynesiangirl

Does anyone know if The Caribbean Beach Resort has a laundry facility? we dont want to pack a bunch we need room for souvenirs.

So my Vacation is in 19 days and when I booked I forgot about my back surgery and I had that 4 days ago so I didn't put any disability info in what do I do?
Are you in a wheelchair? Either way, call your resort and explain the situation and see if it's too late to get an accessible room. Get a note from your doctor about your back so you can get a guest assistance card at guest services. Perhaps call the restaurants you'll be eating at and ask if you can get accessible seatung. - C-Ticket

Sept 2nd-9th is our first WDW Vaca, Staying at Caribbean Beach Resort doing some awesome dining, what can we not miss what is the best things to do we will be doing alll 4 parks no water parks suggestions please we are huge huge Disney Fanatics.
We will be there sept 2-12 but I would get a carrot cake cookie at the writers stop in DHS and enjoy your vacation. Start the morning in a park, go grab lunch and swim at the pool in the afternoon. Then head back to the park at night and enjoy the cool nights in the park. - Godfrey

Welcome! CB is a great resort! I'd say hit MK early (X magic hours)& use times guide to meet&greet characters. I've heard heading left you may encounter less crowds. Hit pirates, splash mountain, thunder mountain-check height restriction. Haunted Mansion is fun if your little one isn't fearful of ghosts. We always do Buzz Lightyear and try to do Peter Pan, Snow White and Pooh. Don't forget an autograph book and photo pass is a cool idea for a first trip! Have fun! - Jalex239

We have package plus dining, so far I have reservations for, Shutter @ caribbean beach resort, Akershus, 1900 park fare, Sci fi diner, hollywood and vine, Shana and Chef Mickeys those are all for dinner I think my 3 yrlear old is going to have a blastshe will be4 towards end of month so I have her doing tea party also. - Wrice

On the dining plan you get the number of meals equal to the number of nights. So you get 7 and the credits expire at midnight the day you check out. Same is true for snacks and qs meals, everything is on your room key for the dining plan. If you haven't already looked, on wdw website under where to eat is all of the dining plan info, you can print it so you know what places accept the dining plan and it will give more details. - Andrea84
