Just did the Coke Around the World at EPCOT. Including the Beverly. And OH MY WORD how anyone could drink that, let alone MAKE MONEY off of that is COMPLETELY BEYOND ME!!! It's practically carbonated cough syrup!!! This is me throwing my cup in the trash can and never being adventurous again. Blech. :(

BLT is Bay Lake Tower, the DVC branch of Contemporary and EoS is Earl of Sandwich (in Downtown Disney; I had the Hawaiian Barbecue, if you're familiar with it and it was incredible!). I've stayed at BLT at least a few days each year since it opened (we stayed there the first 3 days it was open) and it is beautiful. Two full bathrooms in the one bedroom suite (the bedroom's shower is awesome ;D) and the armchair pulls out into a bed along with the couch, which my brother and I love. Not to mention the classic Contemporary décor. You'll love it! :) - Jazzes92

This question is geared towards the people here who work at Disney, especially in the medical field. I am an aspiring veterinarian and I would really like to work in Disney World (i.e. Animal Kingdom). I consider myself to be a pretty hard-worker and I have an A average. I also know that schools are competitive and internships at veterinary offices are crucial. I was wondering if there was anything outside the usual that I would have to do to be considered for a job there. Don't worry; I'm about 12 years away from veterinary school graduation so I have a little time to prepare, though I would like to get a head start on things. Any speculations would be much appreciated. Thank you! =D

I have a question as old as time. On the Haunted Mansion, is the ceiling rising or is the floor sinking? Or are the walls stretching? ;D (I got the picture from the official Disney World website.)
If we're sticking with just WDW, the ceiling is rising. The portraits and walls are considered two layers and use a pulley system to extend the room. The floor never moves at WDW. Unless you pass out. Then it moves toward you. - IndyandMarion

I took this picture from the right upper corner of Main Street facing the castle over where the outdoor seating is in August when I was last there. Speaking of castles, does anyone have an update on the Beauty and the Beast castle? Is it mostly done, is it completely finished, have they started construction on the Seven Dwarves mine train that I've heard so much, do they have a scheduled opening date yet? I'll miss Toontown but I can't say I'm not a little bit anxious and intrigued!
