When I was at WDW last month I bought myself two DVC pins. Mickey is my favorite character and I joined during DVC's 20th anniversary, so I loved the pin on the left. I liked the pin on the right because the world of DVC opened up to me in 2012, just like this key!

Today I bought the final ornament in Hallmark's Ready! Set! Snow! series. Did anyone else collect these? In just a few weeks it will be time to put up the tree and decorate my house!

I just wanted to give you a heads up on these, we tried to put them on our tree yesterday and they don't stay together like they show on the back of the box. We took them back to Hallmark and he said the only way they snap together is on a flat surface, they can only go on the tree individually. We ended up taking ours back because they look the best together :( Just wanted to let you know so you aren't surprised when you go to hang them on your tree like we were. - Andrea84

I received my Wild Africa Trek PhotoPass CD today. Unlike my other PhotoPass, I was pleasantly surprised by the great (yes, GREAT) photos! I'm going to have to pace myself sharing these... This first shot is myself with Hans the hippo below.

Yesterday I downloaded my PhotoPass photos and Indy, were you right! (As if I ever doubted.) Blur due to camera movement & glare due to bad positioning for the time of day are very amateur mistakes. Finally, what was I reacting to and why isn't my mom playing along? That must have been when she told me to hide my coffee cup behind my back. That's like asking Indy to hide his camera! To be fair, there were some decent photos too. But man, were the bad photos bad!

Today I am back in the real world after an amazing visit to WDW! Every time we visit, we like to try something new to make that visit special & memorable. I thought that one thing on this trip would be my day on the Wild Africa Trek, but I was wrong. While the Trek was special & memorable, it was the FL MWers I had the opportunity to meet that made this visit awesome! It was wonderful to finally meet tracsant, Tinkerbell1265, and Jalex239 in person! But I have to send a special "thank you" to Indy & Marion who were wonderful hosts. Indy, you are an awesome tour guide & Captain, not to mention, great fun to hang out with! Thank you all for making our visit special & memorable!

Amazing day in the MK resort area! We began with mermaids on POTC, Tonga Toast at the Poly, and an amazing cruise (thank you Captain Indy and Marion). We eventually made our way back to MK for my first Citrus Swirl (delicious!) and a visit to the new Fantasyland to spend time with Ariel. Finally, we finished the night with an adult grilled cheese back at the Poly. I would like to send a special "thank you" to our personal plaid for the day, Indy! You are the best!
