Fun! I do the little gifts too, one each day. Last trip I gave my girls a Minnie necklace, a pin, some Minnie lip gloss, etc, etc. My mom comes with us and she can't resist giving them little gifts too. The girls had so much fun with the surprises we gave them, they didn't ask to buy anything at any of the shops until the last day we were there. - BagGal

I might have a day on my own during my October trip. The rest of my party has talked about going to Universal, which doesn't interest me. I don't think I'd mind a day alone at Disney! I wanna tell you this because the same thin happened to me ... My dog was shaking all day and night and i tried to cuddle with him but he kept shaking, the next day we took him to the vet and the found cancer a over his entire body, and then got put to rest and finally slept peacefully. Take her to the doctor its the most you can do for her.. Its not like she can talk to you and tell you whats wrong , its probably so hard :-(

One of the hardest thing I ever had to do was take my dog to the vet and put her down. My heart goes out to you. If its time, you'll just be putting off the inevitible. I am not sure who suffers more, our pets or us. I pray God gives you wisdom. - Experiment869

I go with the flow usually the plans we make never go the way we thought so other than dining we just do whatever we feel like at the moment and we never feel rushed or like we missed out on anything but then again I'm the same person who forgets to pack her hubby's things than has to go shopping on vacation and misses their flight home and has left souvenirs at the resort so maybe you shouldnt go by what I do lol:) - tracsant

I am like you...and I'm one of those nuts, ahem...planners, that Jalex mentioned. Haha, I just can't help myself. I plan and study blogs, MW, Disney sites, etc., months in advance of going. And, I have every day planned from what park to where we're eating, with all the details added in (transportation, park hours, show times, etc). I would absolutely feel as if I would miss something if I didn't, and I just can't see myself having it any other way. We are lucky to see DW once a year at best, and for the money, I want every moment to count! My feet can rest when I get back home. When we cross that gate, it's GO TIME, baby!! :) - mrsincredible

I have the same problem. I'm a planner, but I always seem to feel rushed, like I need to cram it all in. I really want this trip to be different. I want to have time to just enjoy being there and not worry about what's next. So, I added two additional days (9 nts instead of 7 nts). I have also planned time for afternoon breaks at our resort. In the past, we've stayed at the parks until we we're exhausted. We never had the energy for EMH and inadvertantly ended up with even less time in the parks! - CollegeDisneyKnowledgeGrad

I know how it feels.. My lite brother who ia now ten has grown up all his life being deathly allergic to peanuts. The chefs in disney world are always glad to cater to
Him! His meals are ALWAYS extra special. He always carries his epipen around and my mom has successfully taught him the bad things peanuts can do to him and to let others be aware of his allergy. Its tough, but its possible! He is home schooled because going to school is too hard for him. The schools close to us does not allow him to carry hos epipen and the nurses have to hold them. If the nurses have the pen it is not close enough to him!
They typically tell you to call 2 weeks ahead. They make a note in the reservation. The chef will come out to talk to you and make sure they prepare an appropriate meal. San Angel Inn was by far the best in helping me. At Boma, ask a line cook to speak to the chef and he will tell you what you can eat and that he will make something for you special if need be! I have a genetic disorder that effects my diet. I have never had an issue. Quick service can be a bit more difficult though! - mkigos
